Su Ikin from Dunedin City Library will read a story aimed at children 4-10 years old.
This event is part of Ōku Moana (My Oceans) and the NZ International Science Festival.
Ōku Moana: An Art and Science Exhibition as part of the International Science Festival and Puaka Matariki, 2018, featuring community engagement through creative hands-on art activities, art-making and story-telling.
The exhibition includes demonstrations and workshops around the themes of impacts on our local coastal and harbour ecosystems through ocean warming, rising sea levels and ocean acidification.
Audience: Family friendly – Suitable for all ages, workshops and activities aimed at 8-12 year olds - with parental engagement expected. (Children must be accompanied)
