There’s more to milk than a drop in your morning cuppa!  Join Dr Liz Carpenter as she provides a background on the recent fluctuations in global milk prices, an update on research being conducted by AgResearch to increase the value of NZ milk and current research with hyperimmune milk. This project uses a vaccination approach to generate cow milk with enhanced protective activity for consumers against infection with disease-causing organisms.
