Embark on an intimate evening of fine dining
whilst blindfolded, you will be encouraged to explore the world of sensory
perception. The three course meal will
be prepared with fresh local produce by New Zealand chef and author Julie Biuso

Be challenged to experience life when one of our major senses goes, with an inspirational talk from one of NZ’s leading ophthalmologist Dr Andrew Thompson with an update on the latest research and his volunteer work restoring lost vision through providing glasses or cataract surgery in the Pacific.
A donation will be made to Retina NZ for research into the long term follow up of photo screening for eye disease in children.
$70 per person. Costs incl. 3 course meal and one glass of wine or juice per course. Cash bar available
Keep an eye out on the festival site for another dining in the dark experience.
