Night-time guided walking tours around the botanic garden and moth trap workshops where you might just catch a glimpse of Dunedin’s nocturnal wildlife. Join us for a night-time wander through the botanical gardens and Water of Leith for a spotlighting tour to catch a glimpse of Dunedin’s nocturnal wildlife. From owls to eels, you’ll be amazed critters live in our own back yard! Participants should ensure that they bring sufficient warm clothing and appropriate footwear for walking along river banks etc. Small head torches may also be useful.
Starting place: the Gore Place entrance to the Dunedin Botanic Garden, by the Dundas Street bridge.
